Maintenance
All units undergo a turnover that a basic service of a deep clean, carpet clean, and maintenance ready process. Carpet and vinyl is replaced where necessary.

Yes. There is one uncovered lot for $185.00/month and two covered lots for $200.00/month. Parking is based on availability, first come, first served. There are no waiting lists.

The only monthly fees tenants incur are utility charges, which are a flat rate based on the size of their unit, and parking or storage fees, based on whether the tenant has opted into those services. This is outside of the rent fees, which are contractual.
Yes, Renters' insurance is required. Renters' insurance must have a minimum General Liability Coverage of $100,000.00 per  occurrence, list the Apartment Community as an interested party on the policy declaration page or Certificate of Insurance (COI) and name all Residents on the lease as insured on the policy, or each Resident may obtain a policy with limits in the minimum amount listed.

Tenants do not need to set up any utilities.
Guests can visit for 10 consecutive days or 20 days total in 12 calendar month before having to fill out application to be added to lease. All guest are bound by same policies as lease holder.
You will need to pay a new deposit for the new community.
No. Prices for unit are based on market rent and terms are locked within that term. We do not allow for advance payments of up to a year.

Lease break fees are 1.5x base rent of apartment.
